Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please follow the steps below.

Return window:
• You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return (exceptions may apply).

Eligibility:
• Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
• Items that are damaged on arrival or wrong items received are eligible for return/refund.

How to request a return:
1. Email support@hariomeverydaystore.com within 7 days with your order number and photos of the product (if damaged).
2. We will review and share return instructions.

Return shipping cost:
• If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we will pay return shipping.
• If you change your mind, return shipping is paid by the customer.

Refund process:
• Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll notify you. If approved, refund is processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-returnable items:
• Perishable goods, personal care items (if opened), or items marked non-returnable.
