Shipping Policy

Processing time:
• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Delivery time (estimated):
• Within India: 7–15 business days (standard shipping).
• Express (if offered): 3–7 business days.

Shipping charges:
• Standard shipping: FREE on all orders / or Flat ₹60 (choose one).
• Express shipping: Charged at checkout (if available).

Order tracking:
• Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates.

Wrong address / failed delivery:
• Please enter correct address at checkout. We are not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
• If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.

Customs & delays:
• International customers (if any) are responsible for customs/duties. Delays due to courier or customs are beyond our control.
